No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once they are delivered. Customers are requested to carefully review their order details, including product type and size, before placing the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request, kindly provide:

  • Order ID
  • Clear images/video of the product
  • Details of the issue

Our team will review the request and may offer a replacement or refund, if the claim is valid.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable In case of approved replacement, shipping will be handled as per company policy
